1. Order Confirmation & Acknowledgment

Order confirmation sent via email and/or whatsApp number within 24 hours after purchase.
2. Processing Timeframe
- Orders are typically processed within 4-7 business days nationwide.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available within Pakistan; pay courier on delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via local courier partners (e.g., Postex and TCS).

Free shipping on orders over PKR 5,000.

5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation depends on whether the order has been dispatched.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. - Customers who have previously returned an order will be required to pay in advance on any future orders. Our team will contact such customers to arrange the advance payment prior to dispatch. Please note that this advance is non-refundable in the event of order cancellation or return initiated by the customer.
